A Reminder, the new EP by actor and musician Drake Bell, will be released for digital download on June 28.
On the cover of the EP and in the video (watch it below) for Beatle-esque single “Terrific,” Bell slings a Gretsch Black Penguin™ with assurance. The four-song EP also consists of “Big Shot,” “Speak My Mind” and “You’re Not Thinking.”
Bell will tour extensively worldwide in support of the release throughout the summer and fall, with tour dates in the United States, Latin America and Europe.
A Reminder is Bell’s second EP, after 2007’s Nashville Sessions. First album Telegraph (2005) and debut major-label release It’s Only Time (2006) were huge successes, especially in Latin America, where the latter and its hit single, “I Know,” both topped the Mexican pop charts. He toured with Ally & AJ and Corbin Bleu during those years, regularly playing 3,000‐seat venues.
Bell became virtually a household name in the mid-2000s as the star of Nickelodeon series Drake & Josh. He has amassed an impressive list of film and television acting credits from about age 10 onward, including Jerry Maguire; The Jack Bull; High Fidelity; Yours, Mine and Ours; Superhero Movie; College; Home Improvement; Seinfeld; The Drew Carey Show; The Amanda Show and many others. In summer 2011, he’s seen in A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! A live-action television film based on Nickelodeon animated series The Fairly OddParents. Bell has won 10 U.S. and International Nickelodeon and Teen Choice Awards.
