Portugal. The Man’s Van & Gear Stolen After Lolla Performance

Portugal. The Man had to have been riding high after absolutely enticing the crowd at the Sony stage at Lollapalooza on Sunday night. Unfortunately, the thrill soon came to a halt once the Portland-based band discovered that their van and trailer packed with gear was stolen from an attended parking lot near Chicago’s Grant Park.

The vehicle, pictured above, is a red Ford, 15 passenger 350 van with a black trailer attached. It has Alaska license plates FJH244.

The stolen gear included a Fender ’81 Precision Special, a Fender Sonoran Acoustic, a Gretsch White Falcon, a Gretsch ’66 Viking, a ’59 Guild, Fender and Ampeg amps, an Epiphone banjo, a Gibson acoustic and dozens of pedals. If anyone knows any information regarding this incident, please comment below and let us know how to reach you.

Some of the gear can be viewed below in the video from their Lollapalooza set.
